TAILORING SERVICE AVAILABLE

If you choose to have your pair altered to a specific length, each pair will be picked up on Tuesday and returned the same day. The turnaround time for alterations is approximately 1–2 weeks.

Once the alteration is complete, we will pick up the pair from the our internal tailoring team and ship it to you the same day.

Please note: there will be no exchanges or returns for altered pairs. As this is a custom-made item, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns on this product.

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days.


You can exchange any order – in original condition – within 14 days of receiving it, unless it is a matter of a personalized item (in particular with alterations). No Refunds will be provided. If the item is on Sale, it will be Final Sale.

We have $20 domestic exchanges for full priced items and free store credit returns on all items, unless final sale.



Free standard delivery

 

Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped. Depending on your shipping destination and the specificity of your order, Pearled Ivory offers up to two rapid and secure delivery options :
- Standard Shipping (1 to 5 business days depending on the location): Free for all orders
- International Delivery (2 to 5 business days depending on the location): $25; Free for orders over $650
 

The estimated delivery date including the preparation of your order and shipping will be determined at checkout.
Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday when placed by 4:30pm EST (12:30pm on Saturday) or the following business day when placed after.



Dispatch within 24 hours - If item is in stock

 

Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday when placed by 4:30pm EST (1pm on Saturday) or the following business day when placed after.
Should any items be unavailable, the preparation time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated.

 


Alterations


If you decide to alter an item with us, the cost will be $40 to alter your item and will take roughly between 1-2 weeks to finish in production.

As these items are altered to your custom specs, we won't be able to provide an exchange, or a refund on these items.

All items that are on sale are FINAL SALE. No Exchanges. No Returns on any products on sale.

FAQ's

1. Can I return my order?

If the customer is unhappy with a product purchased, Pearled Ivory is happy to offer an exchange of the item. No refunds or returns are allowed.

Items must be shipped by the customer in their original, unused condition with tags intact and original packaging within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received, including a copy of the invoice.

Any returned items that are damaged, or missing any of the aforementioned requirements (such as tags, packaging), will not be accepted for an exchange and will be sent back as is to the customer at the customer’s expense.

2. Who do you ship with?

We use DHL for all International Orders.

We use USPS & UPS

3. Can I Buy Now and Pay Later?

We offer both Klarna and Afterpay which allows you to spread your payment over a period of time.

4. Do I Have to Pay Import Duty for International Orders?

Yes. At this current moment, we do not cover Import costs, as this is government regulated.

5. Can I Cancel My Order?

We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly. We do this to make sure you get your order in the quickest time possible. Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend or cancel as we ship out all in-stock orders within 1 business day.

Made to Order items can't be canceled either, as they go into production within 12 hours.
