DESCRIPTION

Inspired from my Fathers time in Istanbul, and growing up there. As he worked in the Leather industry growing up. This was a collaborative design with him and myself. 

Presented with two-way YKK custom silver zippers and our signature spine seam on the back. The 'Pearled Ivory' woven label and two interior welt pockets being present. Zippers on the sleeves presenting the opportunity to increase width in wrist area.

Crafted from 100% extremely soft lambskin, real leather with a 100% acetate lining. Presenting cleaning instructions interiorly, imported from Italy and made in Turkey.

Each piece is made to order with a  2-4 week turn around time.

Sizing: 

* If you have a more lean build, we advise to order more TTS. If you are wanting a bit more room, order a size up. 
* If you have a more athletic build, we advise to order a size up than your normal sizing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery for store credit or an exchange. As a small business committed to offering high quality made products, we do not offer cash refunds.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via info@pearledivory.com and we will issue you a replacement.  

We offer free domestic exchanges for full priced items and free store credit returns on all items, unless final sale. Discounted or sale items can only be returned for store credit (no exchanges). 

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

If you'd like to return your order, you must mail the item back to us and postmark it within the return window mentioned above. Items must be in their original condition, complete with their original packaging. We do not accept returns for altered items.

To manually request a return, you can also contact our customer service team at info@pearledivory.com.  Our team will review and approve your request and provide further instructions. Unapproved returns that are shipped back to us may be denied and marked as final sale. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If receiver refuses delivery or sends it back to us, they will be issued store credit and charged a restocking fee. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your return or exchange. If we find the item is damaged, heavily wrinkled, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we may refuse the return or charge an additional restocking fee. 

Exchanges are typically mailed within 3-4 days after we receive the original item back. Once you return or exchange an item from an order, the entire order is considered final and no further returns can be made.

Delivery Times

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business day. East Coast orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment and West Coast orders within 4-7 business days, unless the customer upgrades to priority shipping. These are delivery estimates, and we make no guarantees that shipments will always arrive within these time frames. Sometimes there are shipping delays that are outside of control.

High Risk Orders

If your order is flagged as High Risk by our credit card processing system, our support team will email you asking for ID verification. 

If your order is flagged and ID verification is not completed within 30 days, your order may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion, minus processing fees.

Lost Packages

If a package has been marked as delivered but the customer has not received it, then we encourage customers to email our support team (info@pearledivory.com) so we can file a lost claim for you. 

Customers should report any lost package both to our support team and the respective carrier as well.

FAQ's

1. Can I return my order?

If the customer is unhappy with a product purchased, Pearled Ivory is happy to offer an exchange of the item. No refunds or returns are allowed.

Items must be shipped by the customer in their original, unused condition with tags intact and original packaging within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received, including a copy of the invoice.

Any returned items that are damaged, or missing any of the aforementioned requirements (such as tags, packaging), will not be accepted for an exchange and will be sent back as is to the customer at the customer’s expense.

2. Who do you ship with?

We use DHL for all International Orders.

We use USPS & UPS

3. Can I Buy Now and Pay Later?

We offer both Klarna and Afterpay which allows you to spread your payment over a period of time.

4. Do I Have to Pay Import Duty for International Orders?

Yes. At this current moment, we do not cover Import costs, as this is government regulated.

5. Can I Cancel My Order?

We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly. We do this to make sure you get your order in the quickest time possible. Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend or cancel as we ship out all in-stock orders within 1 business day.

Made to Order items can't be canceled either, as they go into production within 12 hours.
