EXCHANGES
If the customer is unhappy with a product purchased, Pearled Ivory is happy to offer an exchange of the item. No refunds or returns are allowed.
Items must be shipped by the customer in their original, unused condition with tags intact and original packaging within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received, including a copy of the invoice.
Any returned items that are damaged, or missing any of the aforementioned requirements (such as tags, packaging), will not be accepted for an exchange and will be sent back as is to the customer at the customer’s expense.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item and for the shipment of the exchanged item.
Once your item has been delivered and the condition has been approved for an exchange, for all in stock items, please allow up to 3 business days for your exchange to be shipped.
We only allow to exchange an item one time. We will allow you to choose of any other size within that same product to change. After that item is sent, we can't not exchange again, nor give any store credit.

order.
No returns or exchanges are allowed on any leather products or items on sale.
SHIPPING
Products will be shipped by Pearled Ivory to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing their order.
All in-stock items are shipped from Florida and normally dispatched within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday.
For made- to-order items/pre-order items please refer to the dispatch date.
Orders containing items that are made-to-order/pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once everything is ready. However if you would like to receive items separately, we may be able to arrange that an additional shipping cost.
A tracking number will be sent via email to the customer after checkout. The customer will then be able to track their parcel from dispatch through to delivery.
Pearled Ivory is not responsible for any import or customs duties that may be incurred when receiving a shipment.

If you want to cancel an order, it must be within 12 hours of the time the order was placed.
Lost Packages
Pearled Ivory is not responsible for any packages lost by shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). If a package is lost, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim. We will assist with the process.
If a package is lost, we will not accept any chargebacks from the customer.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items shipping dates will vary based on production times. Please click on the desired size for estimated shipping dates. Estimated shipping dates will also be indicated in the description of the product
US Shipping
In stock items will be processed Monday through Friday within 1-2 business days upon purchase. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization or delays from our 3rd party carrier. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
International Shipping
Please note that if your order contains multiple items including a pre-ordered item, we will ship your order only once all items are in stock. In case you’d like your in-stock items quicker, we recommend making two separate orders.
We ask that all international customers take note of your own tracking information and receipt as we won't be able to guarantee tracking information as we do not receive real-time updates from international carriers. Please be aware of your local delivery provider guidelines.
Some packages may be delivered directly or to your location’s customs. Please keep track as you may be responsible for picking up your package. If your package exceeds the length of time at customs or if you fail to pay the custom fees, the package will be sent back to our facility. We will gladly re-ship you the package for a re-shipment fee. If we receive your package and you do not wish to pay the re-shipment fee, we will gladly issue you store credit to shop for future styles. ( excluding original shipping fee)
Taxes and Duties
International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country as import fees. Shipping costs, and delivery times on international orders vary throughout each destination. We are not responsible for local feel taxes, customs, duties, or fees associated with international delivery. Customers are held responsible for the duties and taxes. We have no control over the amount charged regarding duties or taxes a package on each package. This is decided upon by your countries import and customs laws.
We do not ship on weekends.
